Bill Uglow is a seasoned executive in entertainment licensing and retail development, renowned for his pivotal role in creating the first Disney Store. As Director of Disney Merchandise, he designed the store’s layout, sourced merchandise, and launched a highly successful retail model. Later, as President of Retail at MGM Grand Resort in Las Vegas, Uglow managed 20 stores with 25,000 items, achieving industry-leading revenue and profit per square foot.
