Our Founders

Dr. Marcus Borges, MBA, BCNM

CEO & Co-Founder

Dr. Marcus Borges, MBA, BCNM is an MD Physician in Brazil with Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology, served in the Brazilian army as a Lieutenant, and holds a full MBA (FGV). He has post-doctoral training at UMDNJ/Rutgers from New Jersey and is Board Certified in Naturopathic Medicine. He worked in Germany, at RWTH-Aachen, on a scientific project sponsored by The Rockefeller Foundation and WHO.

He was an adjunct professor at Ensign College, teaching Medical Laboratory Procedures, Anatomy & Physiopathology, Nutrition, and Leadership & Human Behavior. In addition, he teaches a postgraduation course in Brazil.


Marcus has more than 25 years of professional experience and a strong background in research, business, teaching medical and surgery practice. Marcus is the CEO of Oxpher – located in Utah – which focuses on bringing companies from other countries to the USA. He is also the co-owner of four other companies.  His professional network experience is strong on new business professional relationships and extensive interactions with the USA, LatAm, European countries, and global opinion leaders in industry and academia. Past experiences include as a high executive and a technical director in different hospitals and Health Insurance Corporation, LatAm Regional Manager for Merck Serono, Head of the Medical Department at Glenmark Pharma.


Marcus has numerous participations in professional lectures, courses, training in different areas of health, international congresses and business meetings, TV presentations in broadcast programs, and on the worldwide internet. He is a co-author in a placenta scientific book chapter. Above all, he has been a husband of a Brazilian-Italian woman for 28 years. He is the father of three children and loves his two dogs.  His hobbies include a Star Wars collection and hiking.

J. Glen Wagstaff, Esq.

Co-Founder & Attorney

Sir. J Glen Wagstaff, Esq. is one of the Principal Partners of Oxpher, LLC. As an attorney, his experience includes business, estate, and tax planning for some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the nation. He has handled planning and consulting matters in almost every continent and has advised leaders of nations, billionaires, and large multinational corporations.

 

Glen is the Managing Partner of Inter Vivos, PLLC, the nation’s largest estate planning law firm, which has been recognized with over 50 International awards for being the Best Estate Planning firm in the United States. In 2022, Glen was knighted by the Royal House of Capadoccia in the Royal Order of Constantine the Great and St. Helen. Since then, he has also served as executive producer for an independent television channel, become a certified partner for Unblinded in their executive coaching program, co-founded a bank, and assisted in developing a crypto-asset exchange company under the regulatory authority of El Salvador.

 

 Glen regularly sits on the boards of several non-profit organizations as well as his own foundation and serves as Chief Legal Counsel for multiple companies. In his career, Glen has been recognized 10 times as one of the top estate planning attorneys in the country, he has received over a dozen best managing attorney awards, and multiple outstanding leadership awards and outstanding advisor awards. As a serial entrepreneur, public speaker, international consultant, author, and philanthropist, Glen’s experience allows him to relate to business owners on a profound level whether they are starting in business or have already established enterprises.

 

Glen lives in Utah with his wife and five children.
